EACH of the two cinematic archetype QUANTITIES(the True-hero & Anti-Hero) have TWO OPPOSITE SUBTYPES (the Strong & the Weak).
This defines the QUALITY of their existence as observed on the big screen.
At CFI™, our psychometric imaging analysis identifies what audiences see and hear in the ‘essences’ and the 'cinematic archetype' of every talent. A talent is naturally born with its own archetype (one of two cinematic archetypes) -- but the talent's'subtype' of that archetype is determined its essences which are created by numerous environmental conditions which occur during a lifetime of nurturing within the talent.
These conditions "nurture" the natural archetype. The archetype thus develops 'essences' which are going to develop either similar to, or opposite of, the archetype's original inborn nature.
We analyze these essences in the APRs™ (Audience Psychological Response profiles) collected for every project in development and mathematically extract the patterns of these archetypal attributes which reflect the personal 'subtype' of the subject. This combination of archetype and essence is the 'SUBTYPE'.
The subtypes for True-Heroes are the STRONG and the WEAK. The subtypes for the Anti-Heroes are the STRONG and the WEAK. Those of you with a knowledge of Jungian archetypes, can identify with the cinematic subtypes in the following manner;
STRONG True-Heroes are the Spirit or Father, where we are going, STRONG Anti-Heroes are the Trickster or Sibling, which we were,
WEAK True-Heroes are the Re-Birth or Self, which we are, and WEAK Anti-Heroes are the Mothers or Body, where we are from.
With this archetype and essence data we guide writers, producers, studios, and directors in the qualification and precise selection of appropriate storyline and cinematic archetypes for each project. This immediately eliminates the inappropriate candidates in the project and focuses the remaining time and money on only those who are skillfully and biometrically matched in the profile. It guarantees the correct talent for the correct character in every story and that makes money.
As hard as this may be for some people to believe, it truly is an exact physiological science. CFI™ has empirically proven it thousands of times and continue to do so now.
The cinematic 'subtype' of the actor can be identified biometrically and psychologically, as well as through APR™ research.
Patterns of thought equate into patterns in muscle articulations. Patterns in muscle articulations in facial, vocal, and torsi expression are the supreme indicators of truth to a motion picture audience.
Truthful acting originates in truthful patterns of muscle articulation. If you desire the correct actors for your project, you must select the correct muscle articulations. Articulations that reflect the same exact cinematic archetype that your story originally intended to exemplify. Only then can you succeed with a watchful audience.
